<SOLVED> PTR is closed-about ptr

every day i go in its says downloading update but when i login its says server is not online

is this problem only for me or its for all?

PTR server has been, and is currently offline, we will inform at News & Announcements when it will be re-open.
For now we have no idea when that will be.
