i changed pilot name from BLACKBOLT to DIGITALFORTRESS the system took my gold and the name was changed an hour later the name had returnd to the former name of BLACKBOLT yet i have lost 8500 gold please can some1 help to resolve this matter many thanks ...black

Send a ticket to support@pirategalaxy.com giving a brief explanation of your problem, your old and new pilot name and approximate time you completed the name change. Support answers tickets faster than they read the forums and you will most likely receive an answer that same day depending on the time you send the ticket. Hope this helps and everything gets fixed.
