Solaria Down?

We have 5 ppl on different coms and cant get past the play now screen, yes we have reinstalled java, tried every browser possible etc etc. When can we expect a fix with this problem?

cant use client we on public computers with no download capablities. and yes we tried playing thru the fb app that is down too.

kinda hard to download client when comp wont accept a download. i just wish that they would put a lot more thought into their major upgrades since we as players suffer every time they try to make game better for us

tech support all day is download client download client, i even sent java report and i get download client. But hey its hitting their pockets by loss of gold purchases so if they wanna play around and not even respect their clients by answering with a little more intelligent solution or acknowleding there is an actual problem and saying, "hey server down we are working on it" its gonna tick ppl off and we will go spend our money on games where we can get answers instead of runaround or ignored.
