Sol sniper Blaster

Hello i need help yesterday i find Sol sniper blaster bp. I see the bp in the list (pilot-Blueprints) But not have it in the shop tell me wy? Is that right you need be lv55 to instal it? but i can do it if is not in shop. Can you help me with that please.

Okey i have got it explain that bp is for sol rare ship dident now they have special ones, is that right?

Sol rare ship uses the 4 special abiliteies that no other ship have: Sniper blaster, Attack droid, orbital strike, and rumours about attackbuff.
