I suggested before that the MST-Z Scorpion Hybrid could be upgraded to Parsec-status by completing Pirate Raids in Mizar, and decided to further continue the idea on adding ship rewards to these Pirate Raids which are coming together with the full release of Tau Ceti.
Ship Name: STAM-Z Reaper Hybrid (Advanced Sol ship)
Tech: Blaster, Collector, Repair Droid, Afterburner, Aim Computer, Protector, Speed Actuator, Attack Charge
Armor & Speed: Storm-level of Armor, Speed close to Storm-level. Could be a bit slower.
Flavor text: "Originally a Sol Technologies concept, this ship utilized the combination of Fusion and Antimatter reactors. During the first testing period, the reactor overheated and caused a meltdown which obliterated the test moon and the prototype itself.
However, after the defeat of Imperial leadership, pieces of this long-lost prototype have started to appear on Mars, The Moon and on Earth by scavenging Pirates."
Mission briefing: "Welcome back to Sol *insert player name here* . Princess Helena is currently on Earth building a new government from the remains of Imperials and the Resistance. We have a small problem though, some of our troops have discovered parts of a ship which is completely unknown to our databases, and they have gone rogue to try to reconstruct the ship and cause mayhem to the System. Eliminate the pirates and their leaders, and see if you can salvage the parts for your own use."
Originally i came with an idea on pushing Blaster-tech to it's limits by adding 3 buffer tech, and finalizing with a defensive tech piece. With this combination, i wouldn't say that the ship would be overpowered. The developers can play around with an idea on adding an entirely new ship to this new system designed for high-level players.
