Sol Aim Computer

I just installed Sol Aim Computer, and when I use it, it takes 3 seconds to be activated


Whats up? the top non rare Aim Computer activated in less then a second.. is this supposed to be like it? Or is it the only item slowed

i have told a gm last week and he said they were looking at it, but nothing came out with last update.

Yup i bought the antares aim computer and it takes a while to activate
