SOL AIM activation is very slower than normal AIM

I noticed today after installing SOL AIM that the activation time is very longer than normal AIM.
Think its a misstake.
After one of last patches all items were changed in very fast activation time..AIM, Rocket, Thermo...all.
But today with SOL AIM installing I was surprised that SOL AIM is still as slow as "old" AIM before patched.

i got the same thing but i think it all the rares on sol that has not been update with the new update to make them faster
