servers down again

today we have had server (askone) down numerous times just manage to log in tonight as it was on a maintenance and noticed we had a rollback, and then you will never guess we get another maintenance, whats the hell is going on ??

Almost the whole day got rolled back after that out of nothing coming "Server will be down in next 3 minutes"

our histories shows:
- we have completed BPs, now they are gone
- missions undone that we completed today
- gravitons we bought via that promotion - gone
- gold we boguht to get the gravitons - gone
- we got teleport to some places wehere we not logged out

THATS HOW YOU TREAT YOUR USEERS??? SHAME ON YOU!
