When there's server problem's like there has been with askone for hours, how do we notify somebody (anybody) that can do something about it?

Theres no ability to interact with the environment for anyone ever since restart, really frustrating.

Ive seen that, maybe i have worded my question wrong.

Ill retry, isn't there a direct method of contacting the actual game company? The GM who posted that message was the one who eventually logged on and reassured us, but he indicated he had no direct method of communication.

As helpful as the was/is and as reassuring as he tried to be, he had no more idea than we did.

And still no one in the server (Thats probably low population still) knows any more than we did hours ago.

And during the hour when there was no GM?

My question was/and is, is there no direct method for gamers. The "server status" thread still indicates a green server for askone

If i read the whole thing i would have seen.

"Please send Tickets to English Support if you have other Issues."

Is this the direct method of communication? How does one access this method?

There is a link to Support in the thread above, but you can access it from the SS Website, I assume you are using an SS account and not Gamigo right?

Yes i was, i went to slipstream, i tried troubleshooting, there was an area that indicated it would lead you to reporting server issues, but once you click the next, the server issue part was replaced by computer and internal network issue support.

I know on other games a person would contact a GM, they would check the info and imediatly pass it to the company, I tried contacting a GM but there was none online for a long time, once one came online i contacted him, he informed us that he had made a forum post and hoped someone might see it, after further research its my understanding GM's in this game are knowledgeable players. The gm was very reassuring but informed us that he had no method of direct contact.

on browsing for support median's it turns out there's links here there and every were. The link you provided me, is different than any others i followed, but is the link were i found the "alls well server status message" for our server.

on further investigation it took me to one of the "server ticket" systems i found when i was searching, i did put a ticket forward at some stage during this issue to be met with an auto response, but if that's the "official" reporting method then you have answered my question.

With that being said, can someone verify who the official reps are in this forum from the company?

ie, rainion makes a statement

"Currently Askone is in a state of Suspended Animation. We are working on correcting this issue. Kalgan Pilots, Please be Patient."

How do i know if this is an official statement or not? To be honest, i saw the identical GM tag on his post and assumed he was dengar (I know i should pay more attention) and as stipulated dengar had advised he had no method of direct communication.

i now see rainion is the Lead GM, does that make him an official rep? or was he just being reassuring, im unsure.

EDIT: after getting a response for my ticket after 6 hours im disappointed that's the official method of reporting such things.

Priority: Low

A server being unplayable for 6 hours is low priority?

A quick fob off, and closed ticket. *shrug* no wonder i had never heard about this great game in the mmo world for all the years ive been playing paid/free mmo's.

I am sorry for your confusion here :( In the case of a Server Issue when there is no GM available, Please create a Ticket for Support thru 1 of the Following:

1) Click the Help Button in-game & follow screen prompts
2) Submit a Ticket from the Pirate Galaxy Web Site or directly Submit a Ticket
3) Send an E-Mail to Support@pirategalaxy.com
4) You may directly PM me here in Forums also concerning this kind of Issue only Please
