Server maintenance timer countdown

Hi Devs,

I tried to find similar topic, but didn't find one. So I humbly ask you if you could implement

Server maintenance timer countdown clearly visible at the top side of the screen at least 1 hour before shutting server down, how players could know when to dock with a ship into the Star Base.

I am aware how this is cosmetic addition, but when you have time please give us that convenience operational.

Actually the countdown already exists (but a little buggy)

It appears in top left corner, about 30 minutes before shutdown.
Also a message appears every 5 minutes, and every 1 minute when less than 5 minutes left.

Bug: the "minutes" only update every 5 minutes. Per example, when dropping from 19:00 to 18:59, you still see 19:59 and so on, until the drop from 15:00 to 14:59
