I was just filling up with (e) on the edge of an area patrolled by Mantis, and the game stopped responding i.e. wasnt getting the refill, no chat and so on.. and i can only assume that my ship will have been podded while this happened. I couldn't even "Log Out"
I tried to log back onto "Askone" but its obviosly down as it won't let me log in. So I came here looking for info. I found a thread where I can check the server status which shows only "Askone" is down and it states on that page to come here for more info - the only info I can find is the status page which sends me back here... kinda chasing my tail .... going round in a cirle.. you get my drift. {why does it say to check the forum if you dont have a crash thread for us to check}
So, my suggestion is have a thread somewhere that would be easily seen by everyone, so that if and when a server crashes, a mod can at least give us a bit of info and keep us updated. Thats not too much trouble to ask for!
~edit~... ok the server is back up now and I'm still alive... but my point is "why have the status page tell us to look here in the forum if there is nowhere to get the info?"
