I've read the post on lag/graphic issues did what it said and it didnt help.
The problem is that i can log into the game fine but when im in the tutorial area if i scroll or turn too fast it just completely freezes up my whole computer?
it's not my computer specs becasue i can play almost any other game on my computer.
I would appreciate if someone could help me :)
thanks :D

I do not understand your problem, you should not be in any tutorial area when you have reach the game.
Could you post your issue more clear, also we cannot help you in any way if you do not provide us with info:

i used to get incredible lag, so what i did was put my laptop on basic mode, so it looks like windows 98. it doesnt look as pretty, but it really worked for me, i barely ever lag now.
also, make sure you are virus free, they can slow down the game something rotten.
hope this helps ^^
