screen size when logging in problem

I normally play PG via the net, i have downloaded the client but takes numerous attempts before it logs on, until a few days ago i had a monitor connected to my laptop, then the vga socket on my laptop stopped working, i logged off while still in full screen mode and now when i try to log on i can't because the log in button is out of view, i've tried using zoom out, tried changing laptop resolution but so far no success. Is there anyway a GM can change the settings of my account so i can log in.

I'm on askone server game name is RAIDER1968 and screen resolution i need is 1280 x 800.

try to download client maybe that starts in lower resolution

Hi Raider1968,

I have had that happen for me as well - logged back in and only saw about 1/3rd of the screen. I use the client now. It's much less frustrating. But if you can only use the browser try clearing the cache and logging back in.

Also, depending upon the browser you are using, you can change the zoom settings to make the view less large... 95% should make it big enough to see easily, but small enough so you can reach your button.

Thanks for the replies, i do use the client but i find that very frustrating, took me 20 minutes to log in earlier today where as when i use browser i log in 1st attempt. I tried changing the settings in the client but that doesn't effect browser settings.

i use ie9 and chrome, i've zoomed out but as soon as i click play now it goes back to big size.

easy answer would be to find out why the client wont log in straight away and stick with the client.

Have you simply tried to login on any other Browser?

i've tried IE9, chrome and firefox, its the same on all of them, log in button is off the bottom of screen.

Problem solved, i pressed alt + enter on the log in screen to take it off full screen then changed the resolution size when in game.
