Rocket BP not appearing in Item Shop

Hi,

I am on Solaria Server and I just finished the "Pilfer Advanced Rocket" mission at Vega 4. I am pretty sure that I picked up the Rocket Blueprint (a.k.a. BP) from the Mantis Marauder Commander which resulted in finishing the mission.

However, when I go into the Item Shop > Ship Modification > There is no new Rocket BP (I assume that it would be 'Power Rocket Launcher' BP)! Also, when I click on the 'Continue' button of the now completed mission, the mission doesn't go away... The mission button next to the Starmap button blinks but doesn't disappear, as it would normally once I click the 'Continue' button of a completed mission.

I think I am correct in assuming this because I had finished 2 Rocket BP missions ("Pilfer Rocket Tech" and this one "Pilfer Advanced Rocket", and both of these mission turned green on my mission bulletin tab) but there is only 1 Rocket BP in my Item Shop!

You must goto orbit before it appears there, I thought this the same when I got a rare.. it didnt show on the item shop, I orbited and it appeared

EDIT: I just noticed that you are in orbit.. Maybe goto starmap, or relog and see if you can see it

Thanks ZeribreX, but I have tried all your suggestions and still no good, hopefully PG staff have some idea... I hope!
