Whatever
Okay I wanted to talk about these 2 issues for some time now but havent got the time to actually write about it.
Here's the deal - Could SplitScreen explain why the cryonite/blueprint drop rate drastically falls when the giza event is active i.e. phase when we need to gather intel? It's ridiculously low being that last night for example me and a friend of mine spent 4hrs+ shooting strong R5 mantis (Odions, Abasis and that damned Ignomes that has uber aim scrambler which cannot be defeated even with sniper blaster, yet alone with kenyte blaster plus sirius aim pc) and we got 25k cryonite and only 2 blueprint pieces each. I'm not a greedy person but this is way too unrewarding. Is it because when event is active drop includes intel file as "loot" thus reduces the chance of cryonite/blueprint or what? I'd love to hear explanation on this...
And on to the Sirius Parsec...
To whom it may concern,
Wait, silly me, if the programmers cared I wouldnt be writing this rant in the first place would I? So I hope they will start to notice and care when we direct some constructive criticism based on facts and numbers which I think I done quite thoroughly here.
Anyhow, I'll keep it brief and use math to simplify things a lot.
Punisher fully armored and with kenyte items: 1 574 700 cryonite / 19 211HP points (Thanks V-hyper for his website that contains prices and other amazingly useful info)
Parsec fully armored and with kenyte items: 3 577 166 / 12 799 HP (I used Punisher vs Parsec because both are damage dealers, but Ancient ships are all buffed up to the skies, or you can say that prototypes are nerfed beyond recognition and have become a shadow of their earlier self)
So, numbers speak for themselves, but I want to know this: WHY is the Parsec (which almost cost 3x more than Punisher) and other prototypes (especially Disruptor which takes all aggro due to high damage output but has paper armor) so much messed up and downgraded so much? I dont see the logic in it. And I'd ask GMs here to spare me the story that "Parsec is a Rolls Royce of PG" - it's more like Yugo now, thank you very much :sarcasm implied: - I'm in this game for a long time now and really dont need lecture, I want explanation just as other prototype owners who are "upset" (this is mildly put and as polite as it can be) with what this game has become and why we are constantly being trodden on.
To further illustrate my case I'll just use another game (this one is with tanks not spaceships but it's all the same) which actually has quite good mechanics and logic - once you buy tier 10 tank you own a beast. It cost a lot but it's worth every penny you invest in it, which sadly cant be said for prototypes in PG anymore.
Rgds,
