Rescue the base mission.

Does anyone have any idea how to complete this mission?...we got it down to 8 seconds with a squad of 5 and a squad outside as well.... So if anyone has any ideas on how to complete this mission please share.

Well before someone tells me to make a ticket... just so you know I did put in a ticket "BEY-340-87878
"
I put this ticket in on Janurary 6 2012... and was only told that it was put on a bug tracker list. Also the ticket I submited shows to be hold.

This is the second planet so far we have encountered problems with this mission and several other clans have had problems as well. So does anyone have any idea how to get past this mission?
