If you are having In-Game Issues that you cannot Resolve, Please send a ticket to : support@pirategalaxy.com using these Guidelines: Bug reporting thread. All Tickets are answered by the Pirate Galaxy Support Staff.
Any Forum Post that asks for any kind of troubleshooting, will not be answered by Support Staff unless a Ticket is submitted to Support per Guidlines listed above so the Issue/Bug may be Tracked Properly
Please also include the medic report, Pirate Galaxy Medic report - Click Run Tests - after tests finish click show report. Any Screen Shots you may have will also be very helpful
If the Issue concerns your account Log-In or Buying Gold, a Ticket will have to be filed with your Game Host ie: Gamigo or Bigpoint. Player Account Issues with SplitScreen may be sent to us: support@pirategalaxy.com
