Ok there 1 thing that lacks, cryo bounty reward! How about for ever 10 Bounty Points you have there is 1 Cryo Bounty on your head and the max bounty is 50K maybe?
Also, you should be able to turn PM of but it should take 5 Mins of NonCombat time on a planet and 1 Min en orbit to turn it off.
