ok, so i bought a sol ship, and i thought i was buying tek for it and found out i was buying tek for my parsec so i just got rid of all my sirius/drac tek for tingy little sol tek. yes ik its pilot error, but i just wasted like over 200k worth of cryo is there any way i could get a refund...

No sorry, you are responsible for all your own acts ingame. I am very sorry to hear you did such mistake, but so many others has done as well, so you are not alone.
Next time before selling anything, re-check you have the right ship, and do not hit anything before you are sure.
Something like this should never been done in hurry without time to verify first.

Unfortunately many of us have been there where hun was, and unfortunately there is no possible refunds for such.
It's like before hitting PM on, think twice, before buying ship / items think twice, check, and recheck before using cry and even gold, if you are paying for the right item, on the right item.
It might take a bit longer time, but at least you will not make the mistakes anymore.
How I wish myself there was an "Undo" button to hit when something been sold by mistake, or bought etc.

I was wondering if I would be able to have a refund. The other day I was helping a clan mate in Mizar and I was running low on energy. Then out of the blue the game message popped up on the bottom that energy was stored, then i looked at my gold numbers and 300 gold had been taken away (which is a good bit for me because at the moment I am F2P). I might have accidentally clicked on the message that popped up at the top of the screen for an energy refill, but i didn't think that I did.
Even if I an not eligible for a refund please put in a conformation message saying "are you sure you want to buy _____". That would at least eliminate most of accidental gold usage.
