Rare mantis

Mmmm...would it be possible to have the announcement of a rare mantis appear to all ships in system (rather than just on planet)??? Anyone agree???

Their appearance is one of life's few (and rare) luxuries in PG these days

I want a rare DS to land and travel from one side of the planet to another like a rogue biker gang and go after random people on it's path =) hehehe
