Fixed Quantum Leap & mini map bug

Description:
Equip any quantum leap ship. Next, move forward using WASD keys or Arrow keys & come to a stop, The mini map will now show the positional arrow indicating in the opposite direction always. Next quantum leap used will also teleport to random direction. (this does not happen when using mouse clicks to move)

Difficult to reproduce. Added alternaive mode that when the ship is sill moving it will port towards the target location the movement goes to.

The issue still occurs when porting after coming to a total stop but, when porting while using movement keys it is now more accurate. I would say its improved in that regard.

As there are still reports that it somtimes it jumps to a direction that does not match the client I further improved it to be always the right direction the ship points to in the client.
