Q for GM or whoever knows about gold buy offers

i was wondering if any one knows if the price reduction of gold buy from splitscreen (1st time only i belive) stacks with happy hour 2 for 1 offer.
do i get the gold with the price reduction + double the gold amount?
(please no speculative answers u either know for sure and answer or u dont and abstain,ty)

The 1st time buyer gets the reduction in price. If there is a Promotion running at the same time ie 2 4 1, you should also get the Bonus
