how long is the cool down in pvp from being shot to being able to orbit, cos i shot someone 2 seconds later WHILE shooting him he orbited, and this was not in cq ether
At first i thoguht that it's different ebtween planets, the harder the planet the longer time time, but i think that's just because time feels as if it goes slower when you're chased by a blolb of pyros, ab needs reload, and you are close to dying.
