PTR Server

As stated here http://forum.pirategalaxy.net/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=4084 the PTR server is up for testing but when I go to the PTR site listed, it says offline and in maintenance mode. Any ideas on when PTR will be up for testing?

Actualy, the PTR is on-line, but only german accounts.

I've been playing the PTR server, and it would be easier to do acutal TESTING if we had energy and Cryo. It's not like it would affect the actualy game since we lose the PTR accounts anyway
