ptr not online?

tried accessing the PTR, says a connection couldn't be established...isn't SS even going to let us normal people test this stuff and see if we like it before you launch it? or do we not have a say as usual?

or is my computer just being stupid again...

first your PC is damn weird hehe(kidding)
second this is at PTR, only for the "Testers"

I tried to get on the PTR the other day and it wouldn't work.
