(PTR) can log in but get stuck on load screen 5hrs now

I have emailed all members of PG staff but have got no help or reply for 5hrs now i was on v4 and i ab's but it didnt stop and everything went weird so i tried to relog and thats when everything went tits up ............ i can log in but when the load screen comes up (just before game loads) nothing else happens it just stays on that load screen i can hear music and things going on but it just stays on the final load screen PLEASE someone help i think my account on there has bugged out ((((((((((((((((((((((((((

nooooo i got a GM to free me which was great of them ill add. went to lustra landed and boom freeze then stuck on load screen why in it .

plus its happening on tech so it seems to be all top system planets
