ptr always offline

when i try to load the ptr server it says that the server is offline, is that true or is it a bug?

The PTR Server is not for General Playing. It is for Bug Testing, Developement, Testing New Features etc. Do Not go to PTR if you are expecting to Rank or just fooling around. PTR has no effect on your Pilot in any Live Server

It's fun to test stuff out there what you can never do here,

Like I bought out there a Draconis Drifter for a movie, I wouldn't want that to happen on real live server.
