(PRT) test server lost account

hi was playing on the tester server Pilot "Pies"
and just before the vega system was updated on the live server i lost my accoutn compleatly was like lvl 30 in gemini, loged in the nxt day and i was the account i have on the germer server lvl 7

not happy at all about this,, i have not been on the test server for about a week coz i would log in to a noob accout

2day i renamed the account from Cold_killer back to Pies but this is not right, it is a copy of the account i have on the greman server and not the account i started and played on the test server

I want my account restored to how it should be on the test server.
(i seen lot of ppl dissapre) and lot of ppl not affected

Your test server account and the live server account are not connected to each other. Therefore whatever your account is on live server is the lvl you are at not the test server

yes i no that ..

the problem i have its the pilot i made on the testserver had dissapred and been replaced buy the pilot i had on the german server...;
i was "Pies" lvl 32-34 on the testserver
i have a lvl 7 "Cold_killer" on the german server,,, but now when ever i log in to the test server i get the "Cold_killer" pilot what is a copy of the german server..

so shadownexusruler u are not being help full and not answering why this happened, plz refrain from posting spam and let the ss staff answer

Pies, test server is no long, it redirects you to the normal servers when you go to PTR one.. PTR was just to test the upcoming update, it's clear that it will not continue for players to use, because it's not the real game. It's just to test new stuff.

You should have read more about PTR before started playing it, PTR users were to play it just to test new vega system and finding glitches, and not for playing the entire game since no one but the testers are playing it.

Everyone else are on the same normal game, the level you have on that one counts.
