If you had updated your TeamSpeak client to the newest Beta (Beta 16) than it can happens that your sound is terable bad.
This happened if the server used the celt codec.
If your Ts server used this celt codec than make sure all clients in your channel got
the same client version (beta 16) else you will encounter broken sound
