problems opening the game

everytime i try to open the game from my downloaded game launcher, the game loader will pop up like normal. then when it gets to the part where it has to connect to prate galaxy it says it could not find a connection. its gotten to the point of where it take dozens of tries to actually connect. is there any way to remedy this problem so i can play my game without having to dread the fact that it will take countless tries to open the game? ive already tried re-downloading the launcher and that didnt seem to help.

I got stuck on the loading screen after flying to a planet. Closed the game, restarted and after news box. I am stuck on the loading screen.

Tried using the browser version and got a message about authentication....

I did the same uninstalled and reinstalled the client.

yeah the problem is the launcher not the server its self. i think the GD's need to fix the launcher and make it to where it works at least to near flawlessness. maybe its just the operating system i'm using (windows 7). i can reach the game just fine through the website but its the launcher that i can do anything with.

Did you try reinstalling the client? I can get in the game fine.

ive already tried reinstalling it

Works fast and flawless with in my office PC using vista and my laptop using windows 7.

Do a PG medic report from the browser launch page and send all details including a dxdiag report and include any and all information such as Java error logs to support so that we could help you diagnose and fix your issue.
