Pre-Game Info Screen

I notice the pre game info screen tells about rescent news, how about something like server restarts or upgrades takeing place for news also, that way i dont have to continuosly try to connect to a loadup server thats not currently working?

Theres a link for that but I cant remeber where it is but there is a spot that tells you about that but its not during the loading sequence but that would be nice.
