planet stargate (planet portal)

i think it will make to game more fun with a stargate on the planet, it takes you to a complete new area on the planet, so stronger mantis will be on the other side, this will make the game have bigger maps also it could make the story longer for you ss guys thus keep the game lasting. . obviously it will have to go through a loading screen to the new part of the planet otherwise it will couse lag.

why not make to other planets to that you can go to terasa from lustra but not terasa to lustr...only higher to lower not other way...

By some reason, i dislike this. I do not know why... it just sounds wrong... maybe have one planet gate that activates and tansports you to an unknown place built by the ancients... just think of it, you pick up a strange signal, accept the storymish to check it out, when you arrive, you see something looking a bit like the stargate, and then you get teleported into an area called ???... and then a ship called ??? attacks you. When it is destroyed, you get teleported back to the planet. What ??? is will ofcourse be explained later in the storyline.

Or maybe the stargates should be hidden somewhere on a planet, when you find it and go through it, you find a completely different part of the map, where there's completely different mantis (and some the same), and some kind of boss mantis ^^
for example:
Vega 2 Stargate leads to the desert part of vega 2
vega 1 (new) Stargate leads to the fiery part of vega 1
lyris doesn't contain a Stargate
Vega 4 Stargate leads to some kind of huge ancient's building (about 10000 kilometres across)

i think stargate was the wrong word... what he/she seems to have met is a gate that leads to a different part of the same planet.
with this said i think that it is a good idea to expand each planet.

Heres an idea: What if it was actually a rip in time where when you went through it, you would be on the same map, but in ancient time, maybe some planets would have when the planet was still forming, so it looked like Technatoria, and maybe another rip to go far into the future, when the system was about to die due to the star exploding, maybe even one planet, an outer planet, would have one where the star was a super nebula. The mantis in the past would be weaker, and the mantis in the future would be difficult, because they had survived. If anyone has played Kingdom Hearts, maybe some of the past maps and future maps would look like the End Of The World.
