pictures in signature?

how do i upload pictures directly from my computer to the PG forum to my signature? i click on the Img button but that's about as far as i get.

Goto any image hosting sites such as imageshack.us

upload the image, then copy the direct link onto this forum inside the [ img] [/ img]
without the spaces

tried that always says it can't determine the dimensions

Make sure your Image is uploaded as either a .jpg or .gif file & has a Maximum size of 220 {H} x 700 (W)

i set it as small as it would go (160 x 144) and it still said it couldn't determine the dimensions. i uploaded through imageshack, is there something i'm missing?

listening to your clan when it tells you how to do it for one.
what file type is it and did you use the correct code type(there is different code use for diferent uploads, this uses the fourm recongnition format)?
