PG download

OK so here's the thing, I downloaded pirate galaxy from PGs homepage link, then I ran the program and it extracted the file, it said finish and I pressed run program, which is where the problem begins. I Launched pirate galaxy and the client came up BUT, nothing happened, it had only the PG logo in it, the loading bar wasn't moving and there was nothing saying validating this that or the other. It stayed like that until I turned it off about 45 minutes later & there was no messages saying there was any problems or anything.

Does anyone know what the problem is? I'd send in a ticket but I figured I'd get answered quicker and easier here. Thanks in advance.

Also it was my sisters laptop I was trying to download it to, not my own

she has windows Vista the same as me if that helps.

Sometimes client just wont work. Best way is to turn it off and then try it again. Usually that works.
If it gives no effect, person can try that "Repair Pirate Galaxy" program or reinstall client. If there is no servers online it may also jam client that way.

If nothing helps and servers are online then I would send a ticket.
