Unfortunately we have to delay the patch due to a bug that we found from testing the conquest yesterday. It will be uploaded tomorrow. Sorry for any inconvenience.


-.- from last week to today, how many times are you gonna say it gets l8r?

Well we would have found the bug a week earlier if i didn't ask for the the PTR server to be changed to Askone. :(

i believe u will find 1 more now its chanegd back to korell... so we can w8 1 more week

well here is a question

Blueprint booster has been “boosted”.
since the delay is more than a week those with a bp booster miss out on the "new boost" perimiter.
so are those with a bp booster getting extra booster time coz in theory they getting "cheated" out of the boost as it should be.

it is not our fault the patch is "coded" wrong each time..

the last time it got delayed the reason was version was not comp with server..
now suddenly 1 week later there is found a new bug.
so it was not proper tested the before it should get patched on the original patch date.
how is this possible?
how can it be the system needed to be tested again while the reason af abortion was: not server competible?

i dont understand the way the whole game is ran..

transparancy of info takes away a lot of questions so why SS is always giving little info?

come on guys man up.. start acting like an official game designer company.. make a stand.. transparent info
so ur users n costumers can play the game and know what to expect.

things like this dont make the company look professional and i want the game to grow as a mature develloped game but this way it doesnt feel like you want the same.
and a lot of players with me want this thats why a part of us is willing to invest in the game and buy items from the shop but logically we want to see the game get out of its "bug"state.

i hope you sort things out soon and i mean overall in the game so that also means issues like the gamigo/splitscreen account problems

You haven't missed out on anything. We decided to increase the blueprint booster % but it is entirely up to a game company when they want to apply changes. You will find that most other game companies act in the same way. We give out much more info than most other mmo games do. Any we only give out information that players are likely to understand. FYI game companies have zero transparency on design and code info and it is up to the companies to decide what information they want to tell you.

We cannot predict new bugs and server problems and fix them as they happen. Any code added is subject to the butterfly effect. The new bug was found by the German PTR players yesterday when we wisely switched the PTR back to the Korell state. During the Askone state of the PTR, no bugs were found because no one on Askone bothered to help us test. No MMO is ever out if the "bug" state as you call it. Even MMO that have been running for 5 years are still constantly patched and bug fixed. You really need to understand the amount of code required for an MMO and the shear scale of the undertaking.

There is no gamigo/splitscreen account problem that I know of.

dont tell me u dont know nothing about this coz there is a whole topic on this where even osirus came back to forum to explain the gamigo side of things.

this is only when u in too deep and dont have overview of ur program/game/software coding.
if a 3 line code program works without problems even when somethings changed then a billion line code can too but mostly programmers loose overview of their project and are not able to see/calculate what happens when they change something on the 3th line what is gonna happen with the code on line 234.435.

i understand that the programmer wants to give what the user demands asap but u gotta find a line between fast delivery and slow good programming.

anyways i know games where they are good in giving info when somethings wrong with game.
i dont ask u to publish codes i ask if there are events that effects to have transparant info on that.

now. i wanna buy gold but am waiting till after patch so there is less chance there will be a problem with it after the patch like dissappearing or something.
now i cant coz they patch is delayed for the second time..

with this patch that should have been patched last week n u announced in patchlog that it would be increased with that patch so yeah i miss out on 1 week of those extra %
dont be saying it's not when it is.. if u can do normally calculus you can see ppl missing out here.

It's not really a problem to be honest. The game runs fine with both types of login. the problem at the moment is that gamigo has problems with their systems that is surely being fixed.

so there is a problem
and there is a problem for the people who want to transfer their account as stated in the topic about it.
if there wouldnt be a problem there wouldnt be a topic about it.

The topic wasn't about account transfers. it was about the fact that if you have a gamigo account and have a gamigo GAS account problem like password changing not working, to contact gamigo instead of splitscreen.

It was stated weeks ago that they were having problems. Its not hot news.

If you have a problem with your internet you would contact your internet provider not the company that laid the phone lines in ground.

dont get me wrong im happy at gamigo.. hardly have problems there..

im just stating what i have read in topic..
ppl want to change and they got as answer : if u want SS account u have to make a new one.
it was not only about the problems at gamigo's side but u could imagine that ppl rather have an account with the comp that makes the game then a middleman.

thats pure logic to me..
anyways u keep on dodging the things im trying to say so i see not much use going on like this.
instead of trying to find sulotions u keep dismissing anything i say.

my 2 cents.

Sir-vivol only understands his own frustrations and problably gets a kick out of whining and moaning, i can't remember the day he was positif about anything!

Keep up the good work Delloda, and if it takes an other week to update, so be it!

btw: nomatter how hard they whine and moan, they are always coming back because they are in love with PG :mrorange:

9 months daily active n never been away..
u dont understand nothing from what i try to say i can see in the rest of ur remark.

if u cant grasp the underlying concept im bringing in this topic thats not my fault.
but i am not complainuing daily in the forums au contraire to other ppl in the forum.
but when annoyments stack up there comes a point i adress them in a post and then ppl say i complain to much.

there is always a positive counter in my posts here is the one from my first post in this topic:

read between the lines..
this is not a topic about how great it is that the patch gets delayed for a second time so yeah main topic is not positive.

i suppose if you want a patch to be right when it comes out then it takes time to check for bugs. we complain when patches are done with bugs in them when they are rushed and we complain when when ss take there time to make sure there are no bugs ether way we complain at them. to be truthful iv not played many mmos that are as good as this one for gms and devs interacting with players and iv played alot of mmos. splitscreen are a small team thats all and have a lot to do for such a small team. ( plus they all smell really bad too lol JOKE ) i complain alot too sometimes i think when you really like something and what it to be perfect but it isnt we complain

If the patch had gone throu and there where bugs Sir would have been the first to complain. Nothing new here.

dont patch nor announce the patch when it is not bug free..
but last week patchlog everything they put online.

and i check the forum.. where do i complain first when a bug emerge?
dont go making up stories please coz there has been a long time i have been silent , no matter how bad it was ingame.

The last patch delay was very last minute. We would like to also get more users on our systems but its simply not as easy as you think. If you can figure out how to transfer accounts without access to gamigo databases, you tell us. Before suggesting anything, try to consider how it could be done or if it is even possible. If i used your logic, i could say that i would love to be able to teleport to New York everyday...then i would cut out the middlemen airline companies.

I have not dodged your questions. I have answered them fully everytime. You either can't accept or can't understand the truth and logic of my answers.
