Paralyzor bp's

So, having recently landed on mars and looking for BP's i come across a r50 paralyzoe who dropped a r50 stundome. Is this correct? If so, why are all the other top bp's on mars r45? Is this deliberate or just a bug?

BTW, the item in question is the AM Blackout Stun Dome.

must be bug,you get it from stun towers on moon lol, and yes on mars only level 45 bp's drop

Yes highest rank bp is 45, you got yourself a lucky bug

Well the same counts for mizar rares, when you scan the bp its rank43, but when you equip it its rank38 so 5 ranks lower than the bp is when you scan it. its strange...
