Overwatch is dedicated to making PG better for all, both members and not.

Our policy is based on the idea that a game is only as good as the players. As such, we accept all players and all ranks.

Here are the tenets by which Overwatch is run:
1. Be helpful. If clan members or new players ask for help, do your best to help them if you can.
2. Play hard and fair. Do not take advantage of lower level players and try to be online for Conquests.
3. Help the Clan. Donate cyronite from time to time, it's how we get Conquest ships and parts for them.

You are not required to follow any of these, but be aware that you ARE expected to follow the CoC and that ignoring any of the above, especially 2, will cause the clan staff take a careful look at your membership.

Absence Policy:
Activity levels are checked twice a week on Mondays and Thursdays. If you have not been active since the last check-in, you will be issued a warning. You will be issued a maximum of three warnings. Upon your fourth warning, you will be removed from the clan for inactivity. You can re-apply for membership at any time, but will be put on Probation. During Probation, you will be allowed two warnings. A third will result in your removal. You will also be added to the Repeat Offender list. If you rejoin, you have one warning. After that, you will be permanently disbarred from the clan.

Chat Policy:
Swearing is permitted in the Clan Chat, within reason. Excessive swearing will result in a warning. Repeat offenders will have themselves put on Probation, during which further offenses will result in your removal from the clan.

Any sort of defamatory or other unacceptable communication (hate, racial, ethnic, etc) in either clan, public, or private chat will be considered grounds for an immediate removal as well as a report to a GM. There will be no appeal.

Policy on Griefers, Mingebags, and Trolls:
People who perform activities that violate the CoC will be reported to a GM. The GM will communicate with the Clan Staff the action taken against the player. Depending on the GM's action, you may be removed from the clan or placed on Probation. Anyone who causes strife or grief for other players (noob podding, stealing cryonite/blueprints, etc) will be placed on Probation and also be reported as required. Further offenses will result in removal.

Position is determined Rank and word of mouth. High Rank players be more likely to advance, provided they prove themselves to be valuable members. Low Rank players can prove themselves to be valuable members and will also be considered for advancement.

If you're willing to work towards making PG better for everyone, and you're looking for a clan that will look out for you, Overwatch is the clan for you. Apply in-game.

Wind under your wings, peace in your heart.
