(online service is currently unavailable) this massage keep showing up every day every hour every min every time loading start while im trying to login i thought at first its english server hardware so i waited and now u fixed it but the problem still on so i hope you fix it please

yea m8 i posted this bug in gamigo forum and only players tried to help me no GM said a word and it looks it gonna happen the same here and i hope GM dont get mad from what i said but im just saying the truth

Hi there,
please read the bug reporting 101 on the steps needed to do.
if it's only show that without knowing what system you are on what material you have ect...
there will be no way we can help you ,also try running the Medic link in the post and paste it here .
once we have all details we might be able to help you figure what is happening with your connection.

I get this showing up too, right after the start screen but before the login screen, English server.

However, after days of switching between browsers trying to get it to work, I finally just gave up and clicked the button over and over. Guess what, it worked eventually, and I can now get in yay !!!

Just like to say, I changed my computer mode to give best performance, so maybe that has something to do with it too ?? But still think the problem needs addressing, not everyone is as patient as I am, especially new players.

1-Headline:when i launch the game and loading start this massage show up (Our service is currently Unavailable)

2-Version:1001104

3-Pilot Name:Black-Eagle

4-Realm: English Server [this massage show up in the loading before login / and it show up too after choosing server loading (it show up when u choose the server and the news thing don't show up)]

5-Steps to reproduce: i didn't do any thing
i clicked on PG and the launcher show up normaly and when loading start this massage showed up i press retry and another loading show up after about 7 seconds the massage showed up again i closed the game and launch it again and the same happened after many times the loading done and login menu showed up i write the name and choosed the server but the news thing didnt show up and loading started and the massage
showed up again

6-Time: it show up all the time

7-Technical Information: i checked the website (http://eu.pirategalaxy.net/medic.html)
and i fond that
1-checking free diskspace (OK)
2-launch a process (couldn't launch external process)
3-test file download (OK)
4-testing connection (OK)
5-testing DirectX support (its keep loading and nothing happen)
i could give more info but because the DirectX keep loading i can't tell more because nothing else show up when it loading

Yup, still get the message on mine too.

Endless clicking I finally get to the login screen, work through to server select then message "the link to the server has been lost, yadda yadda yadda".

So, back to the message and endless clicking until it shows server select again, click ok for English server and hurray, finaly get to play !!

Shame we have to go through this rigmarole though !!

Not sure if you are web browser or client download but here is the "current" version of the download client. This should help resolve the issue.

Thanks for the reminder, I forgot to mention I use the client download usually, though the problem is on all the browsers too.

You have not said what OS (Operating System) you are running (Windows, Linux, Apple OS-X etc). Going by what you have posted here, your system may be corrupted. Try Reloading Directx

Also try Defragging your HD as well as checking your system for Malware (Virus, Spyware, Rootkit) Also Verify your NIC (Network Interface Card, Video Card drivers are up to date & update to latest drivers if needed

Ok, refresh me. What browser link are you using and what client download are you using? Also, check to make sure your firewall isnt blocking the application. Sometimes Firewalls will see it as an intrusion hazard and block the app.

Your client download link is correct and should be working. As for the browser link, that one is out dated and might not work properly. The current link for browser play is not a pop-up version as of yet. SplitScreen is workin on that but until then, you can try this link for browser play. Hope this helps you out.

ok maybe u say the server offline well its not offline and this is a bug how do i know?
this massage should show up after i choice the server right?
well it show in the loading before login so why it show up and i didn't choice the server yet?
and if it didn't show up in that loading
it show up after i choice the server even if it's online in that case it show up when news box don't show up

Likewise, am getting same message as Black-Eagle. Continuous clicking the retry button doesn't always give results anymore, when it does I can get to the server select screen, and after choosing get 'the link to the server has been lost' message, and back to the loading screen again.

Yes, my firewall / virus checkers are deactivated, yes am using the client, yes it's an updated version (1001109), no am not amused.

well what you know spocklet our problem is the same 100% and i thought im the only one have this problem
