I am a professional game modeler for a living. While your game (PG) is quiet fun to play it seems to be loaded with bugs that cause constant crashing for a lot of people. I have noticed that it is a crash cycle you get caught in that will cause you to crash apx every 10 min non stop until you finally just stop playing. It seems the crashing is at it's worst after the daily restart. I know that the game models we create can cause considerable lag on a server if they are poorly scripted ( omega target, anim smooth,etc..). The two worst systems in the game are Mizar and Sol. Mizar is really poorly scripted, more crashing goes on in that system than all the others and Sol is right behind it. I think all of this crashing is a combination of poorly written scripting and server overload. I Know it is not my computer. I thought maybe it could be but I upgraded my video card to the very best there is and run tons of ram. I can "recreate" the crashing cycle I go thru on a separate grid...this is how I have come to believe that the problems with constant crashing are on your end of things. I know from experience that when you constantly change the scripting of a game it will cause bugs that require patches that end up causing more bugs..it never ends.Of course I am not there in your lab to see how you all are doing things but what I can suggest is maybe instead of always trying to figure out new ways to change this game all the time maybe you might want to slow down a bit and fix what you have for now....it could make things easier for you in the long run. Other than ll of that this game is a lot of fun!
