Please file a proper bug report ticket, you will be looked into, but not by complaining about bugs in the forum.

Do as instructed, please include a screenshot from ingame include the Timestamp (F11).
What needs to show up in the screenshot, is your level and the missing of scull so make it the whole screen ss.
You will also need to go to SS website, (link in my sig) please perform a Java Medic test, copy the outcome, and paste it into your bug report.
Also please check if your Java Engine is up to date, same Graphic Card.
Include if you play by browser, what browser, or if you play by the game client.
Include your computer OS.
What Portal are you playing from.
All info is needed for to be able to fix this issue.
