No Game Sound

I log in, & can't hear any game music, or sound effects. This usually happens in the morning when I log in, but now it seems to happen every time. I have cleared history, & catch files, but no luck. I am using the firefox browser. Explorer freezes up to much on me. Should I use another browser? Or is it the game server? I'm on Solaria Server. Thanks for any info.

Hello, did you go to the games settings?
You can find them on upper right border, at rights side of the Skull.
Check if you have the sound turned off, with effects and music.

For the browser, are you a Gamigo or Splitscreen player?
In that case the best for you would be to Download the Cliente from SS Website. (Link under my sig.)
If your on other Portal than mentioned you cannot use the client.

Maybe best Browser to use is Google Chrome.

Check if you have graphic cards, Sound cards, Java Engine and everything needed for gaming updated to last versions.
That is also something you can check before sending in a bug report.


When you have checked all this, and still doesn't work, then please file a ticket with a proper bug report.
Also screenshot your settings ingame, go to SS website, do the Java Medic test, and paste it into your report.

Thanks for the help Adrana. I downloaded game, & haven't had a problem with the sound. Although, I can't play my character on the Solaria Server. The game couldn't find my log in info, so I had to re-register. But that's not a big deal.
