One single blueprint will not enable you to build a weapon based on that blueprint right away. You will have to find more of these blueprints depending on the item. Don't worry, with the new loot and drop system you will get quite a lot of them but it will still take some time until you will be able to build the new item. You will always be noticed how many blueprints you have to find until you can build the item.

took me near 5 hours to find one bp in the new sys but now u say we need to kill more manits to find apart of bp so if there 5 parts of that one bp it going take me alot longer to get it

ok u going make them drop a bit better it still take us longer to bulid that bp dose this also go for the rares to i grind 3 months to get my last rare for sniper ship now it going take like 1 mouth to find apart of a rare 5 months to get the rare done lol this joke

dont need wait see it in the test sever it a bad ideal i feel sorry for noobs u wont see none of the high players help them get there bp i dont mind go help someone in my clan get bps ok might take me hour or more but now we have to look for parts of bp and mantis drop 2 diffent bp so u could be look for blaster u drop one part of the Blaster and the u drop Aim Scramblers apart about in 9 times in a hour

there only one way that going work is if it drop blaster then aim scramblers then blaster then aim scramblers
so on to u get it but if there 5 apart that mean 10 bps to get the blaster and aim scramblers for 2 full bps

and if the do the same with the rares i dont think anyone be happy if they drop a gold then need drop other 4 gold to get the rare i seen poeple like my self and others spend ages lookin for gold if u say them that only a bit gold they laugh and leave the game

I hope this isnt the case but Sol was launched with unfinished (and still unfinished) Planets and Draconis has only 2 planets full stop. Where are the CQ planets?? This game is spiraling downwards fast. Long-standing Players are leaving, New players get little help so they leave because us, the higher level players are too wrapped up in ourselves looking for new BPs, then we have to grind cry for days just to fit them, and for what? so we can go get more BPs then go grind again with little inbetween. This is supposed to be an enjoyable game. and it was once. nowadays it just seems to be a race for no more than bragging rights.
I have been playing this game since april 2009. and it was fantastic, The CQs were brilliant, Clan wars were great and it was a joy to be involved with. Then SS and Gamogo parted, then came more servers so a lot of players went to them, CQs were changed (a disaster in many players eyes but SS still refuse to revert to the previous system) and it has been downward ever since. The reason I still play this game is because Iv yet to find another game similar to this, But one day I will. and I also have made many good friends here and enjoy their banter and company and that I will miss. But Im now feeling squeezed out of this game because of the costs now involved.
Anyway, Ive had my say and for the time being continue to play here, But I feel it wont be long before PG gets sucked into a Black Hole and that will be a sad day for all concerned.

It's true that pg gets downward, but this can also be a sollution, Maybe they take the BP drop of antares or Gemini for every system, but that in higher systems you need more bp's, so it takes longer, but atleast you can make a break, and say like if i get 10/20 i stop and i try tomorrow again, then you have atleast the half already then now that you have nothing.

I agree with subzero & slowhand90. If your going to make it so you need more than one rare bp to make the rare, well very bad idea. Took me over 3 months to drop the Sol attack droid, if i need more than one of them whats the point.

Just stop playing around with new ideas for now and fix what is already wrong with the game
Them of us that have stuck around after the last crazy updates will soon start to walk

You say you listen to what the players want? well this is not it. When ppl talk about the drop rate been so bad, all the ppl want is for you to up the rate, not make it so you need more even if the drop is better. Your giving with one hand and taking with the other.

I agree with every word. I'm just waiting for a certain Space MMO with 3d graphics, twitch based combat and no item shop to appear. Then i'll probably be out.

I agrea whit all those who have spoken here,the game is going down, i thought i would not see this anytime soon but there it is, i have playd the game sins mid november 2009 frst on Askone(clan: MOD) then on Solaria (clan:SOB) sins April this year, this game has been almost addictive to me and i have playd it alot and i have spent 1040 euros on the game this year, that is soon to change, 1.the game has changed alot sins i started to play. 2.cry drops are down. 3. and this is most important many of my friends are no longer in the game even my oldest friend in the game Kingdean aka Longjohnsilver has left the game for know.
I do not know if any of Splitsreen read this but i hope they do becous most of my friends (that are gone) where spending money on this game like my self, there is a game in the making that i am going to take look at but until then ill play this one but i will not be spending as much if any on this game in the coming year.

They can call this an update if they wish, but it is nothing less than continued destruction of what was once a fantastic game. This game has been taken apart peice by peice to make money. There has been no improvement to the game. There has been absolutely no change to the game at all the improves the player gaming experience. I will say it again . . . Splitscreen quit producing a sellable product on 11/24/2010, and has made no attempt to correct the matter.

Frankly, I have not enjoyed the game since they made the change of 11/24. I believe the only reason I keep logging on is to see if they have come to their senses and did a roll-back to prior to 11/24. There has to be some sort of law or something that requires a company advise the players that have already paid their passage, that the company is about to scuttle the boat.

totaly agree! me and Krunchy both with booster and we got 1 bp in how many hours on hive..? we got 2 blue blaster bp in ehh over 1 day ..iam really consider quting the game .... this game used to be fun ..no is endless grinding for ourself and our friends ....come on do something.....

I think that the new loot system can be a much more fair system then nowadays, the only problem is you need more blueprints. When a droprate gets to high it will probebly suck, but it will also be more fair.

I would say to you Devs,

• Make for rares that you need only 1
• Make for blueprints atleast the same or even higher droprate

they need to lower the price of bps as well its almost 5x what the prices was in sol for rares, the top hive bps should be around 30k to 33k tops not 45kto 50k as they are now
