Tournament Battle Format Map
Due to the large number of Pilots that have Registered for Tournaments & the Time involved (as demonstrated by Mizar Tournament), A New System has been developed to cut the Tournament time down to within the 4 Hour Window specified for Tournaments, yet get the same results.
How it Works
In order for this system to work, Full Pilot co-operation & adherence to the Tournament rules is required including those listed below:
1) Pilots must individually create a Private Individual Squad with which to land on Colossus or Dante & View Map (Single Pilot Squad)
2) Pilots will be assigned a Quadrant or Battle Zone for their Battles & must not go outside the Quadrant or Battle Zone Boundries***
3) If you go outside of your Quadrant or Battle Zone Boundries while in a Battle, You will be DQ from the Tournament
4) You may not shoot any Pilot in any other Quadrant or Battle Zone at any time or you will DQ immediately – Only the Pilot in your Quadrant or Battle Zone may be fired upon when Instructed to do so by GM of that Quadrant or Battle Zone
5) If you are podded, Go to Hangar, Repair & find you have landed in a Quadrant or Battle Zone other than the one assigned to, Go to your assigned Quadrant or Battle Zone Immediately (Make sure Map is Open & Visible)
6) Any Pilot that shoots a “Just Landed” Pilot back from Repair will be DQ
*** The White Lines indicate Boundrie between Battle Zones if 8 Battles are designated (Extreme Battles)
Doing the Tournament this way, we can easily do up to 32 or 64 battles in 1 Hour (Based on 15 Minute Battles) as opposed to only 4.
