New Energy Cap formule

I discovered the formule of the Energy cap, but it's not good for higher ranks,

This is the formule now:
x = rank

x * 100 + 100
or
x * 100 + 150

A better one is this:

A. x * 100 + x * 20
or
B. x * 100 + x * 25

To see:
x = rank 5
old - 650
A. 600
B. 625

x = rank 10
old - 1100
A. 1200
B. 1250

x = rank 20
old - 2100
A. 2400
B. 2500

x = rank 50
old - 5100
A. 6000
B. 6250

A. 120x or
B. 125x
Here's one better:
150x + 50.
Instead of ranks 1 to 50 going from caps 200 to 5100, it would go from 200 to 7550! The energy cap formula could use some simplification, at least...getting only 50 more one level and 150 the next is unnecessary, since it just averages out to getting 100 more every level...

What's wrong with +50? the new players need to start with some sort of limit. Thats what the 50 is for. If they start at rank 0, x would be 0 and they would have no capacity at all; they wouldnt be able to refill after spending the initial energy theyre given.

I just thought having energy capacities in increments of 50 would be easy to keep track of.
