My XP Bar won't move.

Problem: My Experience bar will not progress towards the next rank and I cannot get anywhere in the game until it starts moving again. The problem has been on and off for 2 days and then yesterday it just stopped completely. I should be a rank 58 by now >.> at least. Well anyways, could ya fix the problem please ^.^ I'd appretiate it. I'm not sure if the problem affects my Solaria pilot, so far I've only played on the Askone for the past week.
