The speed actuator doesn't effect the speed of the ship as it moves across the planet. It only effects the cool down time of the items installed on it. Imagine this, if it controlled the speed of your ship, everyone would have it while in CQ's due to the speed advantage it would have.defacto said:

Yeah but if you have a storm with rare aim and rare sockets take half your health the stun does nothing as your forced into repairing, then by the time you can repair again your dead after having no more stuns and being rocket spammed, ouchies.Enz0f0rcE said:
