Move from browser to client??

is it possible to move my player from the browser version (going through BigPoiont) to the client version?
I loaded the client but when i start it up it is a new pilot start-up instead of my existing pilot.

Any help greatly appreciated .

Both versions are the same and you should be able to log in with any account on either, it's probably a small thing like wrong server or wrong portal. You didn't accidentally download the PTR client instead of the normal one did you?

If you have a Bigpoint Account, the Only way you may use the Client is to create a New Pilot either under Spiltscreen or Gamigo

It would greatly benefit BigPoint players if splitscreen could make the client available for us to log in just as Gamigo users do. I dont understand why Gamigo users get to log in on the client and not BigPoint, i find this quite unfair. I am now a lvl 53 and i have spent my hard earned money and time building my player up as may alot of other BigPoint users.

I feel SplitScreen owe us Loyal and paying BigPoint players and provide us a log in on the client as it greatly improves Pirate Galaxy gameplay.

If you mail to the support of your country it's maybe possible to turn you account to the splitscreen central. I have moderate for a game of BigPoint and we had a issue with banners. You get points if you clicked the banner but people that are registered trough other companys won't get that extra points. With mailing it was possible to turn your account in a bigpoint account. If they are fair @ bigpoint they would do the same with your account Just sent a mail to en.support@bigpoint.com please recheck the email maybe this is a old one... But with a ticket it is maybe possible
I will ask the dutch support if it's possible to turn a account from bigpoint to splitscreen If I have a answer I will post it on the forum :mrorange:

Not even Gamigo accounts can be turned into SplitScreen accounts.
This game wasn't of Splitscreen before, it was Gamigo.
We old Gamigo users has been requesting to turn our Gamigo accounts to SS but it cannot be done.
