More mantis and a new tank item

Here are some more suggestions...

New mantis Probe
A extremely small lightly armoured unit designed to scan planets for enemy activity and report it to better mantis ships. They have extremely high speed 4x that of your ship and have a permenant afterburner anyway they also blow up when destroyed with the force of a aggrobomb and use shock fields when the odds are against them to knock you back and stun you allowing them to zoom off. They also only shoot half of a normal volley of fire per shot like frenzoids and use speed actuaters to help them their main secret weapon is thier ability to scan you carfully and pinpoint your weakness so for example your in a tank with a shield on the probe scans you and sends down parasites and pyros to cut through your armour. However only the highest rnaked ones on the planet have this ability and they do not always attack sometimes they just zoom past to get on with their patrol. Thier pretty common on tough planets but may not appear at all on weak planets.


New mantis heavy raider
The heavy raider is a average speeded fairly large highly armoured mantis ship with a number of damage dealing modifications they are multipurpose ships usually found in small blobs or occosianelly in a formation wandering in a single place like most mantis. They are hard and shoot a little more shots in each volley of fire than the usual mantis would they are also eqquiped with a rocket however the rocket recharges slower than normal they are eqquiped with aggrobombs but they aggrobombs they use have a significantly bigger and harder to escape blast radius the aggrobombs they use wil not damage thier ship. Their ship however is very weak to thermoblast and rocket attacks because of their armour is higly resistant to the shocking effect of blasters but weak to extreme heat and the bone shattering force of rockets stun charges also work well stunning them for longer than a usual mantis would get stunned. They are a pretty uncommon sight even on hard planets.



New mantis Bombardier
A large mantis with a ingenious artillery cannon that shoots very powerful plasma shells which deal heavy damage and splash damage however like all artillery they are very innacurate and are mainly used to shock and pin players in a single area. They only have pathetically weak blasters suprisingly not tough armour and the artillery cannon cant shoot at low range. BUT they have sheilds to defend themselves and afterburners which they use to retreat to a safe distance which they will use to shoot their artillery cannon from and are eqquiped with very slow repairing non activatable in battle repair droids which they use to repair after battle and thier blaster fire is unique occasoinely stunning you making you a sitting duck for their artillery fire. A hit from the artillery cannon has devaasting results it will hugely damage you and aplly a 5 second thermoblast to you as a burn effect it will also stun you for a limited amount of time it will drain 200 energy apon a direct hit as well and it has spash dmage which damages you a bit as well. This unit is very weak to rockets powerful blasters thermoblasts a accurate aggrobomb stun charges and for some reason repair fields disrupt its artillery fires accuracey. It is very rare sighting even on hard planets.




A new tank componont
Drain shield
A very tough shield 5x as tough as a normal one and almost giving you the invincible impression it suffers however it will not have a set time of usage and will only run out until your dead because what it does it constantly drains your health rapidly and drains your energy at a rate of 25 per secound if you run out of e it will temporaley disable until you get more and then reactivate better ones drain your health and energy more quickly it aso has a major weakness perforaters even fairly weak ones may not penetrate the shield but instead cause a voilent overload sometimes casuing a quick and vile death or a mass amount of damage and stun effect on you also using aggrobombs while this is active will rebound the shockwave onto you dmaging you quit severely pwerful thermoblasts can soemtimes penetrate the shiled and bounce of the insid eof it causing double dmage and longer burn on you a stuncharge but not a stune dome will disable the shiled temporaley. These wiould have a massive cost and rare drop.

I hope you enjoyed reading them if you can see a imbalance note this game makers would tweak any balance issues on a suggestion if they wanted it ingame and as you can see i have tried to balanc eit out putting numerous advantages and disadvantages as well as rarity :mrorange:
