Mission Rewards

This is an rant about the rewards gained from missions, because they are way to low.

I think its very clear what this is, The rewards are way to low. First lets start on vega rewards.

Just a look from one of the first missions from Vega and the highest:

Baiting Sentinels, Hardness: easy, Reward: 41 Cryonite
Behemoth Battle, Hardness: very hard, Reward: 62 Cryonite

And now I am not saying that Baiting Sentinels should be lowered, what SS would probebly like because everythign must always be super hard. But they should make the reward for the Behemoth Battle atleast something like 100 - 150 Cryonite, because you use to only kill the Behemoth, but now you also have to keep Rosebud and Tobias alive.

Antares however is quiet good, so SS don't change that in the new antares system.

Gemini is again very very very bad. You have to do a lot of hard missions and for the hardest, Operation Liberation you get too less, you should have gotten for that missions around 2000 Cryonite, because so hard is it.

Mizar is better, but they should make every mission around 1500-2000 cryonite and for the boss almost 2500 cryonite.

Sol is also way to low, they should double and maybe triple some missions.

Draconis is just a super rip off. The first missions are like hell do to.

Hideous Humans is very hard and almost only possible to complete in squad, a reward as 1100 Is way to low. It should have been atleast 3000 cryonite.

Same counts for Another Alien Race, also hell hard, it should have been around 3500 cryonite as reward.

Tragic Reality is also too low, 1975 for a mission that should have been maybe even 4000 cryonite.

and so we could call a lot of missions that should have been much more.

Every game I have ever played, has provided enough reward in a level to support access to the next level. Even PG used to. In other words . . . you would make enough cry off your story missions to support buying the ship for the next system when you got there. Not any more! Now, even if you make it to the next system with all your missions complete, both tech and story . . . the grind is on! Be prepared to spend most of your time in game grinding. Not just a few hours anymore, but about 80 percent of you day. The FUN has been replaced by the GRIND. Even the Grind used to be fun, now its just boring, frustrating, and irritating.

Well, I have calculated draconis sm rewards and they give 85825 cry (correct me if im wrong).With that amount, u cant even buy a deluvian ship.As for bps, good luck as u have to waste ur life on sol or mizar.The rewards for sol SMs are 86700 in total (if im right).

So the rewards for completing these systems are almost the same, but the item costs in draconis are way bigger. Not to mention the ships which cost 5 times more.So for me, draconis is a rip off like pbhuh said.But we know that it is impossible to complete draconis without dying once.I dont know how much cry a r70 pilot drops, but I drop 1k and if for example I would die, lets say 20 times while doing sms, I would lose 20k cry.so only 60k left from the rewards.

As for grinding, it has become hell as it is very damn rare to find a free spot in any planet, but even if u do, u will lose it again unless u have membership.

I say draconis sm should give at list 400k cry in total of all sm. I am not mad, but really we earn less then should and lose cry -.-


and the nornmal mission should give at Gasica 500-700 cry and hive 700-900, that would help us really :/

we should grind only for rare BP..and 2nd ship if we want...not normal BP and 1st ship...they should readjust the sm cryo that way

I have to say I'm in total agreement with everything put here so far.

the cryonite you get from SMs is darned right stingy now ^.^ especially compared to day of old when everything was about half the cost of now (half the cost in cryonite) anyone playing this game in 2009 would probably remmeber the cost of all the ships being about half the price they are now in all systems... the armour too I think. not to mention that if you only get 62 cryonite for the bohemoth mission in vega that issooo wrong! it should be 500+ dang man... pay your money cows right you ingrates (I'm being serious despite the jokes)

You SHOULD be able to do the mission and afford at least the next system ship, all the armour and all of the top basic BPs from the same system. So blaster, collector, droid and afterburners ontop of the armour and ship itself... in antares that's around 7-10,000 (you do the math I'm doing other things too right now ^.^)which should be had from the vega mission alone. It keeps the game pace in check, ya really shouldn't have to spend 1 or 2 straight weeks doing nought but grinding before being able to do story missions... it should be 40% grinding and the rest is just for fun... it's a GAME.

To be perfectly blunt if it weren't for my clanmates I'd of stopped even bothering with this game a month ago. THAT'S how bad the game is now.

agree with you CT and everything else here, the mission rewards should be way more than they are now. Especially the ones on the moon where you pod a lot before even getting to your objective.
