Mission: Express Delivery Help

If anyone could give me advice on how to complete this it would be appreciated. I've tried solo. I've tried with a squad of 5. I've tried variations in between. There is no way I can kill them all in time, what other strategy is there? Thanks in advance for those who can help me.
